2. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of hair care products offered on the www.ashaircare.com website. Any order placed implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
3. Products
The products offered are described as accurately as possible. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any error, modification, or omission at any time.
Prices are indicated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, it being understood that the price applied will be the one in effect at the time of the order.
4. Orders
To place an order, you must create an account or order as a guest. Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and product descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, in particular in the event of stock shortage or payment issues.
5. Payment
The accepted methods of payment are:
- Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Cash on delivery (subject to availability)
- Bank transfer
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. In the case of a bank transfer, the order will be shipped after the payment has been received.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated when placing the order. Delivery times are indicative and start from the confirmation of the order. In the event of a delivery delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Delivery fees are indicated at checkout. The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer at the time of delivery.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by email at contact@ashaircare.com. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
8. Warranties
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of a lack of conformity, you have a period of 2 years from the date of delivery to take action.
9. Liability
AS Hair Care cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.
10. Intellectual property
All elements on the site (texts, images, logos) are the exclusive property of AS Hair Care and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.
11. Personal data
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, Moroccan courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
